Assessment of your building
Using the buildings ‘as installed’ drawings we can work with the facilities manger to access fire dampers when convenient and produce a report supported by photographic evidence. Buildings older than 15-20 years may not have these drawings, in which case our understanding of fire compartmentation we would be able to provide a damper schedule for all future tests. In the event of a failed damper which are unable to repair, being stockists we would be able to replace the damper swiftly and cost effectively
